Cancellation Policy
To secure a place in one of our Introductory training lessons , we require either full payment via our online store at the time of booking or payment in cash prior to the session.. If you need to cancel your participation in an introductory training session, please notify us at least 2 days before the session start date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of any payments made, Cancellations made less than 2 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund, however you can request to reschedule your session participation to the next available date . This policy helps us manage our training schedule and accommodate other students.
